If you run out of tokens, you won't be able to generate new AI-powered visualizations until your tokens reset at the start of your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more tokens immediately.

No, unused tokens do not roll over to the next month. Your token allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical usage.

Yes! Individual plans include a 15-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Data Governance Mode lets you run Tepun on your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI). It's built for teams that need to keep data and AI usage in-house. You get:
  • Full data governance — prompts & data go directly to your provider, never through Tepun's servers
  • Ownership of your AI trail — usage and logs live in your own provider account
  • Bank-level security — your API key is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
  • Unlimited AI tokens — no monthly limits
  • A lower Tepun subscription price, since we don't supply the AI

Security Promise: Your API key is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never log, share, or expose your key to third parties.

Note: Some platform resource usage restrictions (storage, compute) may still apply. Data Governance Mode is ideal for teams with existing AI provider accounts or strict data-handling requirements.

Even with BYOK unlimited AI tokens, the following fair usage limits apply to ensure platform stability:
  • Storage: Up to 100GB per account (Enterprise/Pro get more)
  • API rate limits: Up to 60 requests per minute
  • Concurrent jobs: Up to 5 simultaneous data processing jobs
  • Report exports: Unlimited exports, but rate-limited for very large files
