Refresh & Schedule Visualizations

Keep visualizations current with automatic refreshes in Tepun AI Report Builder.

Manual Refresh

  1. Open the Report — Navigate to the visualization
  2. Click Refresh — Find in toolbar
  3. Wait for Update — Report re-queries database
  4. View Fresh Data — Chart updates with latest information

Scheduling Automatic Refresh

  1. Open the Report — Navigate to visualization
  2. Click Schedule — Open scheduling options
  3. Enable Schedule — Toggle on
  4. Configure Timing:
    • Frequency: Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly
    • Day: Specific days for weekly/monthly
    • Time: Exact time to refresh
    • Timezone: Your local timezone
  5. Set Notifications — Email alerts on success/failure
  6. Save Schedule — Activate automatic refresh
