Present & Share Workbooks

Use full-screen mode and share workbooks with your team at Tepun AI Report Builder.

Full Screen Presentation

1. Open Workbook — Navigate to the workbook
2. Click Full Screen — Expand to fill browser
3. Navigate:
   • Arrow keys to move between pages
   • On-screen controls for navigation
   • Filters remain accessible at top
4. Exit — Press Escape or click Exit

Sharing Workbooks

1. Click Share — Open sharing options
2. Choose Method:
   • Team Members: Share with users
   • Public Link: Generate URL
   • Embed: Get iframe code
3. Set Permissions: View, edit, admin
4. Share — Distribute access

Scheduling Refresh

• Click Schedule to set automatic refresh
• All reports refresh on schedule
• Dashboard always shows current data
