How to Design Data Reports

Format columns, set number formats, and style tables in Tepun AI Report Builder.

  1. Enter Design Mode — Open report and click Design
  2. Configure Table Appearance:
    • Row Height: Compact, normal, comfortable
    • Borders: Grid, horizontal only, none
    • Zebra Striping: Alternating row colors
    • Header Style: Background color, font weight
  3. Format Columns:
    • Number Format: Currency, percentage, decimals
    • Date Format: Short, long, datetime
    • Alignment: Left, center, right
    • Conditional Formatting: Color based on value
  4. Configure Features:
    • Freeze header row
    • Enable column sorting
    • Enable search
    • Set page size
  5. Save Design — Apply settings
