Export & Schedule Data Reports

Download data and set up automatic scheduled exports in Tepun AI Report Builder.

Exporting Data

  1. Open the Report — View the data report
  2. Click Download/Export — Open export options
  3. Select Format:
    • CSV: Comma-separated values
    • Excel: XLSX with formatting
    • JSON: Structured data
    • PDF: Print-ready document
  4. Choose Scope:
    • Current page only
    • All pages
    • Filtered data only
  5. Download — Save to device

Scheduling Exports

  1. Click Schedule — Open scheduling
  2. Enable Schedule — Toggle on
  3. Configure:
    • Frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly
    • Time and timezone
  4. Delivery Options:
    • Email as attachment
    • Push to shared storage
  5. Save Schedule — Activate
